2·2 days agoMy few cents: keep doing what you like, for you first. Lemmy instances doesn’t get reddit like massive visits nor search engine ranking, just like peertube (SDF’s toobnix) vs youtube. Same problem as ever: federated free and open vs concentrated and locked with corporate sponsor.
Bluesky is easy on the beginner and mimics X as a whole world in your single feed. Mastodon (fediverse) carry way to much technical concepts to understand and get the most out of it.
