Bullshit. Hold him until he records a statement identifying who in the chain of command ordered him to use teargas on peaceful protesters. Deiseroth said he was on the 18-Mile Stretch driving back to Miami after spending the day in Islamorada, according to the deputy’s body camera footage. He deserves to lose more than his kids. He blew .174, with his kids in the car, and didn’t know where he was or where he was headed. On top of that, he threatened the arresting officers and continued to make threats even after he was arrested. He should be locked up for a good long while.
