I think it’s a genius solution to the explicit problem, but a terrible solution in a larger scope. There are many animals that feed on mosquitos, and they would suffer from massive decreases in mosquito population. This includes birds, frogs, bats, fish, and other insects (many aquatic animals eat mosquito larvae). I would hate to see a cascading reduction in animal populations as a result of these tactics.

+1, very much enjoying using keyboard for Tekken. Haven’t had much luck with games like SF that might require 360/720 inputs.

I can handle any action game, platformer, etc. using a controller, despite heavily preferring a keyboard and mouse (excluding racing). I still can’t play FPS/TPS games on a controller… it has to be m&k.

Ordered a pair of Moondrop Chu IEMs, mostly for the eartips that come with them. Pair was defective, so I contacted the seller and demonstrated that one ear doesn’t work. Got a full refund without return, ordered a new pair, and ended up with two sets of those eartips.

I gave away the second pair equipped with generic eartips to a friend who recently broke his earbuds. I also snipped the dead earbud, heatshrunk the wires, and I use the single earbud for when I’m washing the dishes or doing the laundry. Very nice outcome for me!

My level 1 Elden Ring run. I’m up to Morgott, and I really should run around to grab more talismans, weapon upgrades, etc. I just don’t have the patience to do so.

Been throwing myself at the wall and fighting him, but the best I’ve managed is getting him to 33% health. I’m enjoying it, but it’s not something I can stick to for more than one session a week… getting 1-shot gets pretty frustrating.

By utilizing the Choose 2 combo, the total cost (assuming same delivery cost and adjusted tax) would be about $25 dollars including a 20% tip (based on total and not subtotal, as in the picture). However, that would include a medium pizza instead of a small pizza.

It’s not a massive difference. It is definitely a meaningful difference, but it’s still pretty costly for 2 meals worth of food.

I think as the game progresses, you get to see why Astarion is so eager to act in his own interests. However, his backstory really only justifies half of his refusal to help people. The other half of his whining feels antithetical to his own situation, but perhaps that’s just because he doesn’t fully acknowledge his newfound freedoms until Act 2.

This almost seems like the middle point between Desmos’ scientific and graphing calculators.

Could you share what makes you so confident in the first quote, despite what you say in the second quote? How can you know God would not or has not answered any prayers that negatively affected a true follower, and how can one define whether God has negatively affected a true follower when one cannot intimately know God’s true intentions?

I would tell myself to spend more time with and keep in touch with a close friend who succumbed to his sadness.
