He has some more mature videos where he reviews books and tours around the world. Sometimes not so mature, he plays Minecraft or calls another YouTube channel bitch lasagna, and that can be fun too.

DHS has been stating they would be doing wellness checks since April under the pretense that they are preventing human trafficking. I cannot tell from any article I have read of them trying to visit schools if that is what they are actually after or not.

I wish it was easier to get them in the United States. Im living in Japan right now, and I love my little box car, the AC works great and its cheap on gas.
Because no one wants their OS constantly scraping every file on their computer computer to find better ways to exploit you under the guise of “oh we are just backing this up to the cloud for you.” We paid for software, stop using users as a data source to sell to marketers. I can back up data to my NAS like an adult.

Ignorant consumers are gonna ignorantly consume.

Douyin which is the Chinese version shows completely different content, including government narratives. Tiktok is straight brain rot, and I believe it’s curated to encourage poor behavior in users outside of China.

grahamja@reddthat.comto Nintendo@lemmy.world•Nintendo makes physical games more expensive than digital gamesEnglish3·3 months agoThat is a huge bummer for people that spends months working places with very slow or no internet. It is getting harder and harder to get physical media, and every single device needs to be constantly touching the internet to work properly. I just find it so ridiculous you can’t buy a brand new console, and throw a CD / cartridge in it, and expect it to actually play a video game.
Ive had a switch for a few years. I ended up buying a bunch of games I already had on steam, plus Pikmin, breath of the wild, and Mario Kart. I feel like I bought a huge tablet just to play Mario Kart occasionally. I have buyers remorse for sure.

Unfortunately most users will never cite anything, and you’ll be stuck reverse image searching from the least user friendly website ever made.

I bought books there for how easy it was to put on my electronic devices, and to easily make back up copies for later. If I can’t downloaf and reformat the e-book to easily make a physical copy I don’t want it.
Pewdiepie, don’t go to the bridge!
