Dozens of residents of a small town in Tartu County chipped in to the completion of Estonia's largest ever snowman, which was finished on Sunday, ETV news show "Aktuaalne kaamera" (AK) reported.

last year i visited Tartu for the first time, beautiful town with about 80 000 citizens.

      i think fox news has good news section, also not the bee can have occasional good news. U just gotta find positive news and search them.
