It really drives me nuts. why are you gonna get an expensive a** phone? That’s almost $2000 and not get insurance?

Then they ask s*** like will Samsung owner the customer and fix it for me.

Samsung’s not gonna do s*** you’re cell phone Carrier is the one with the insurance that can actually help you.

What the f*** is wrong with people? Dude.

I mean, do you just purchase a Ferrari and drive it off the lot with only liability insurance? I mean, you wouldn’t be able to do that.

Anyway. But I’m just saying like. What is the logic behind this?

If you’re trying to save a couple bucks, maybe not buy a phone.

That’s almost $2000 in the first place. You fucking dumbass get the goddamn insurance

My phone is about to be paid off after three years and the insurance is ending - zero accidents or errors, and, fortunately, the actual value has deprecated greatly due to use.

I plan on just using it until there’s a big accident (which I don’t suspect happening) or until it is so shot as to not be usable. Indeed, I plan on replacing components if it is relevant - for instance, just get a new battery if I experience battery drain issues. Since I do not use much in terms of apps, I suspect I’ll get along just fine with it for a long while since it seems doubtful that Chess apps will become too powerful for a phone from 2021 anytime soon.

The idea of buying an expensive phone, perhaps even one you haven’t paid off yet, with no insurance… lel, man, you bringing stuff on yourself like that… If yuo can just eat a thousand dollars and think that I have never broken a phone before, fine - I am not going to stand over your shoulder and force you to do it but yeah you should LOL right along with me if/when you destroy your phone.

Yeah, I have insurance for my household contents, so if my place burns down for example then I can at least recover some money from having lost everything. It also covers some miscellaneous shit, like dropping your phone.
