    I’ve heard it’s actually the case that there are hormonal cocktails that can be used to kind of fix it if it is caught before puberty, but I am not positive - this was when I was reading about a man who had a micropen talking about what happened when he was seen by a doctor after puberty and wanted a consultation.

    But who knows.

        I imagine it generally is because usually there is some sort of physical even after birth, right… But IDK.
