It’s like I’m always dam tired. I hate it so dam much. I have things to do is so difficult when you’re tired I hate it so much
I experience this and have just been trying to force myself to bed earlier & earlier.
Obviously there are some sacrifices there as well but I do not see any other long-term viable solution.

How much time do you spend on the internet? I have found out that if I spend too much time doing nothing on the internet I get tired much more tired than if I browse the internet then take a break, do something productive and again go on the internet.
I do take breaks every hour

Do some sport. A month or two ago my mum asked me to give her some exercises. Ever since then if she skips a day doing them she is more tired and I can feel that. I want to say that she is visibly less happy when she doesn’t do any exercises. And they aren’t even some hard long exercises. Basically some sit ups and dips and a few with 2kg dumbbells
