    I’ve learned recently that some people peel the dark green skin off then boil and pickle the rinds. I’ve heard they’re really good that way

    This is one of those terrible things where they try to reintroduce Great Depression eating habits because a health nut theorizes that it’ll be great for your joints to nibble on some garbage, right?

    I’ve had pickled and relish/chutney. Both were decent although I prefer less sweet and more dill in both instances
