Never thought it was true, but always figured it would be medical related, like a planned thing leading into a holiday weekend so its easier to hide.
That does not look like Donald Trump. That looks like a body double. The nose is wrong. The jowels are wrong. The mouth shape is wrong.

Maybe it’s an artifact in the pic, but the nose caught my eye as well. It’s too small, too pointy, too sharp a downturn. The jowls may be water retention.
Maybe he has been replaced by an android like Biden?

I was thinking the same. He’s looked rough for awhile now but it seems to be getting worse quickly.
