Anyone else planning to participate?
I literally can’t do it every day, as I won’t have access to a rack for a good bit, but every day that I do, I’ll lift heavy things for butt energy.

This seems like an irresponsible and unsafe amount of lifting. Am I missing something?
You use a training max that’s not your 1RM
That doesn’t change the fact that the very concept doesn’t allow time for recovery, which is counterproductive at best and actively harmful at worst.

The nice thing about lifting every day is that you don’t get as sore.
Oh damn, I didn’t even know this was a thing!! I wish I would have known. I just started a 100 rep squat thing that I do every day for the next 100 days, but I def would have started that at the beginning of the month if I had known this!
