It will be a random car.

If you don’t get out of the way the car will crush you.

The car will teleport 5 feet above your head

At 1.5 meters above your head it would take around half second to reach you and if you don’t move the initial collision would around 20 km/h. (To reach your feet would take 0.8 secs and it would be closer to 30 km/h

I picturing the trope where a gang is driving away from a robbery with someone take pot shots at pursuers through the back door of the truck. But instead of just shooting they can also drop cars to discourage pursuit.

What happens to the occupants of the car, if any? Are they transported with the car, or does the car disappear around them?

With the right machinery you could run the greatest car-theft operation ever.

If you sit on a ladder just beneath the ceiling in a multilevel carpark, the car would safely arrive on the floor above.

Sounds like a super power to destroy cars. Also, it would be incredibly unlikely to get out of the way unless there was some sort of platform 5’ above you.
