I’ll take that as a no.
Your arguments are easily disproven by the opposite argument. It’s purely hypothetical logic.
Have such stunts been proven not to affect jury outcomes? Is there proof that perp walks don’t change the minds of the public?
Be serious.
You cannot defend the claim you made. Interesting.
I never said that perp walks don’t affect jury outcomes or change public opinions. You said that they do though, and I was asking for backing for that opinion, as it was a key point in your rather dramatic claim that Eric Adams is determining the outcome of the trial.
So, why do it then? What is the legal purpose of the mass dissemination of the public perp walk and the press conference?
It’s also interesting that here because you can’t demonstrate the effect of the perp walk, you’re now going after the reason for the perp walk, which doesn’t even matter anyways because the intent has no effect on whether or not Eric Adams doing the perp walk affects the jury or not.
It’s also interesting that you offer no intellectually honest answers to very simple questions.
Jesus Christ, get a room you two!
I know, right?
