I’m using a 10W laser at about 25% of its power. It’s a 450nm laser that is sold as 80W electrical power on AliExpress but Chinese webshops often exaggerate their specs.
Nicely done. I have given up on toner transfer and instead use a laser attached to a 3D printer to burn away spraypaint.
Alignment on double sided boards is difficult though.
I may not have said every single syllable!
I just got cheap stuff such as an 858D hot air station. Any Chinese clone will do and a TS100 soldering iron. Nowadays the Pinecil would be a better choice.
Could have called it a jizz fish.
Looks like a headcrab latched onto it.
You can be dumb as rocks and still get a PhD. I’ve worked with some special “doctors”.
A dog commenting on colors?
Two chemists enter a bar. One orders a glass of H2O. The other chemist says I’ll have a glass of H2O too. He bleached his throat and died.
Tek’matte!
Jay and Silent Bob strike back
BOONG!
Hmm I thought the movies don’t make enough sense to someone who didn’t read the books.
Strange. In the Netherlands you get a big fine even for talking on the phone without any screen interaction. Just holding it to your ear is already forbidden.
Watch Lord of the Rings on a phone mounted on the steering wheel. I called the police immediately.
Thanks again for the advice. I made a working prototype and attached it to my pump. The PCB is also made at home which is something I’m trying to learn.
For now I’ve used just optocouplers to drive the mosfets, since pulling p-type gates down to above -24V seemed like a hassle. I’ve ordered some IR2210 gate drivers and intend to use those with PWM later to not have to use a buck converter.
Here’s a video of the pump. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qKDBLTbYi2Fbu3UOXpxqSoj00oueWK-K/view?usp=sharing
And the pump in action. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1--HyeJGtYS5dgsjgelE6CrOm2vbBmwXU/view?usp=sharing This version has a stepper motor instead of a DC motor. Stepper motors have low speed limit which is why I’m trying to change it to DC motors.
Good one. I haven´t considered that. The 7818 will only deliver current for very short bursts but perhaps that already is too much. I’ll look into the PWM solution.
I don’t mind teams for chatting or meetings but I hate sharepoint and the Teams file “structure” with a passion.
