I need to start exercising again and for somebody who has a zero will to do it, I need some major inspiration.

I don’t judge anything, I am very lazy to exercise.

Anyways exercising went OK today. I managed to hold 4kg for 1:15 so 15 seconds plus today which is great. I saw one woman singing while doing it and I tried. It helps. Of course she is holding 10kg for 2 minutes and gym is her career.

      Hello dad :))))

Orienteering sounds interesting, I was doing that with my family but with Randonautica. It was really fun and interesting. Lots of walking too.

Chess? I think that one extends an ass, and I have enough of that (naturally).

As for shaping the said part plus legs, I never wanted to drive a bike, run or do too much leg exercise in a gym. It takes a lot of time to do it that way for a woman, so instead I bought a pair of very cool rock boots, an each is 1.5kg and additionally they can be decorated with heavy ornaments so they can be heavier if needed, and I wore/wear them on daily basis. After that the lower body requires less exercises by type and intensity. A change was incredibly fast and I am very happy with results. Stairs in those are hell to climb.

I started fitness again and yesterday was horrendous. Upper body, core and holding weights. First two went fine but the last was total system failure. What I do in holding weights? Well, the worst for me is this: stand straight, take weights, extend arms with thumbs part up and shoulder heigh straight in front of you.

And then? - Stay like that.

      How much?

For now I use 4 kilograms total ( so 2kg each small weights, and it is 6.25% of my current body weight ) and I didn’t measure time but I can’t stand in that position very long.

      Results?

I don’t have muscle inflammation today, I didn’t need instant medical assistance so all good, and my daughter who joined was very impressed, but she required food immediately after so I had to drag my rattling stick arms into a kitchen and engage in some insecure, trembling and risky cooking.

Those “rock boots” look alwful when man wear them. There is this strange guy that I often seen on my may to school who wears them. He definetly gay. For lower part I would recommend doing sit ups with some weight or another is sitting down at 90° then pushing your knees outside and staying like that for however long you can.

You sure you are healthy? If my calculations are right and 4kg is 6,25% of your weight then you weigh ≈65kg.

You can try increasing the weight. From what I have been told It is better to have more weight and hold less than hold more but have less weight.

Source: I can do 6-7 pull ups with 12kg

That is because you are a man. I am a woman, and I am 167 cm tall, so 65kg is above my goal weight. So 4kg on a woman is pretty much OK for holding above a minute ( for starters) and I don’t think that 12kg total for 6-7 pullups would be successful at all, but I can try. I will let you know how it goes lol.

I wear rock boots under my jeans so they are not so obvious and they look really fashionable on women.

Situps sound as a great exercise, but due to size and built of my … parts, I can stay hovering like that for a very long time.

Ohhhh, that explains a lot of things. I understand now. I thought that you are a guy.

Don’t try those pull ups so fast. I have been training for the past several months to get to that place. And being a growing teenager with tons of energy also helps.

Don’t worry, I was kidding, I will not do it. I’m not suicidal. Yes, teens advance super fast and it is great that you are thinking upfront and exercising. It’s not just great looks but functionality. Whatever I did in fitness when I was 16-17 stayed until now. I was doing it for 8-9 years and after that everything is just maintenance.
